Name: Compsognathus longipes
Distribution: Common
Diet: Insects and small lizards
Danger Level: Low
Size: 3 feet
Population: 10,000
Description: Originally, scientists believed them to be only two feet long- but more recently discovered skeletons showed
that they grew larger, and the Compies on Prehistoric Island only saught to prove this. However, Compies of this size are
rare- they are preyed upon so frequently by other carnivores that they usually die before reaching their full length of five
feet. Small Compies tend to move in packs, while larger adults move alone or in pairs.
